Of our team, I was given the opportunity to do all of the illustrations for Fynn the dog. Whenever an assignment was given out for him my manager made sure I got to do it. Of course I could not say no. If nothing else, it gave me more time to spend with my own dog, Rex - my muse.

Fynn Dog on Holiday

For the marketing team, I designed some illustrations of our company's logo, Fynn the dog, enjoying various holidays and celebrations.

Here you can see some of the final images with a little more styling, such as: shading, highlights, and waves to invoke the illusion of movement.

Fynn Multitenancy Card Illustrations

Each image represents the card's activity for the Fynn Community Platform in which a user selects the multitenancy card to continue the course of action.

Final Design (in Context)

Community is our product that holds the health, care, and marketing information for the residents of a senior living community.

Configure lets the user build or revise the senior living community specifications from the basic, standard steps in place by Fynn. The user can customize details of the community that is accurate to what they need.

Credentials allows users with special permissions, like community directors, to tailor or organize roles and permissions of other staff members using Fynn Community. These administrative tasks include helping a user get setup with an account or restricting access to certain items.

eMAR is a system for Med Techs to use to give the residents their medication.

Exceptions is a report that internal Fynn employees would use to support clients using our Fynn products.

Schedule gives the user the admin users a way to create, adjust, and give out staff schedules. The end users would see their schedules posted within Community.

Training provides the videos, reading materials, and tests for the training courses for new and current users.

Card Types

Training Video Thumbnails

For training purposes, all staff members who will be using Fynn must undergo training sessions via videos and short quizzes. The Customer Success Team asked that I make designs for the training videos' thumbnails while helping with the layout of the Intellum Learning Center page.

Towards the bottom of the page, the users will see the list of feature content videos.

The first thing the users will see is the Hero image which has the company's name, the title, and Fynn the dog with items that showcase some of the things that will be covered in the courses.

Next the users should spot the "Start Learning" quick access queue.

Fynn Companion App

These illustrations I made were used for the Companion app. The family posing for the portrait is used as the base of the apps color scheme and it is seen on the login screen. The family shopping is for the "Shop" portion of the same app. It will display at the top of the screen to welcome the user.

Fynn Health Sustainability

The marketing team launched a new campaign for "Health Sustainability" to promote knowledge of how to have healthy lives for senior residents. I was given the task to create a community and city scape to be an Eco System for senior citizens. At the center of the illustration, the focus would be the senior living community to showcase that it is the heart of the Eco System. Surrounding points of interest:
